Whether it’s the first day of school, a baby shower, a fundraiser, or Sunday brunch, there’s something sacred about bringing people together around a table.

Our Journey
I thought I had my life all planned out. After earning my business accounting degree, I was accepted into a master’s program and already had a job lined up in public accounting. Everything was falling neatly into place — the kind of stability I thought I wanted. But while I was in my master’s program, everything changed. I went into cardiac arrest and lost my heartbeat for over ten minutes. By God’s grace, I survived — something I will never take for granted. That moment completely changed the trajectory of my life. It reminded me how precious time is, and that tomorrow isn’t guaranteed.
After my recovery, I realized I wasn’t meant to sit behind a desk crunching numbers all day. I wanted to create, to connect, to bring people together. So I left public accounting and found my way into event planning. I started in the wedding industry, helping couples bring their dream days to life. Later, I began working in higher education — planning events that connect students, alumni, and donors. Somewhere along the way, I became a mom to two little girls and planning their birthdays and family gatherings became my favorite creative outlet.
But I kept noticing the same thing: party supplies were either overly loud and cartoonish or plain and boring. I wanted something elevated, pieces that felt thoughtful, coordinated, and elegant. As an event planner, I could source beautiful linens, flatware, and centerpieces, but when it came to disposable tableware, options were limited, I could find bright plastic colors or bold, cheesy prints at retail stores easily, but nothing refined or timeless. I'd spend hours searching the internet or driving to 15 different stores just to put together a timeless tablescape.
That realization sparked the idea for Paper Table — a collection of elevated, beautifully designed paper plates and tableware made to bring style and ease to every celebration. Inspired by textiles, wallpaper patterns, and nature’s color palette, each collection is meant to mix and match effortlessly, so your table feels intentional, not disposable.
Paper Table was created to prove that everyday gatherings can be beautiful, meaningful, and effortless. From backyard birthday parties to nonprofit luncheons, I want people to feel proud of their tables, creating spaces that bring people together, without the stress.
